"Wendy at the front desk was amazing! The location and price were perfect for the reason we were there Downsides were lack of soundproofing given the trains and other guests, dirty glasses, limited outdoor seats and wardrobe in need of repair. Otherwise, pretty great."

"Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement suggestion is to look at the two automated methods to help maintain good customer service."

"Be nice if there were walking tracks around the lodge. Disappointed the edible gardens weren’t being used. Obviously a lot of thought put into building them but not being used to produce edibles for the kitchen."
