The amenities were low, no toiletries were provided and the supplies (coffee, water bottles, etc), were low.
Rest, the property, ambience and cleanliness was amazing. Overall a great spot to stay due to the convenient location.
Everything was wonderful! The only thing I thought the prices for the restaurant were quite expensive to what the menu offered. I think the menu could have been more in depth choices for the price they charged. Other than that all was great!
The rooms in the tower I was in are very dark due to small windows and boxed in. It got depressing to come to the room. I didn’t even know when the sun was out.
The rest of it- no complaints.

We love the comfort and quality of the heavenly mattress, the pillows and the duvets and sheets.
It was great to be able to bring our pet cat with us.
We had a corner room, the view was fabulous!
I had to clean the toilet as there was a very brown and wide line of s**t that had not been removed from the outside of the toilet bowl and it was very visible as you entered the bathroom. I cleaned it up before my daughter could see it. Our cat dusted the room down and found all the corners that had been neglected in the last months. We were in room 2104.
We arrived at Westin at 5:30pm and our room was not ready. We had an appointment that evening and needed to refresh and change but instead they made us use lobby bathroom. They say it can take 5 minutes to an hour…we could wait so we went to our appointment. By 9pm , came back to check in again it was finally ready but our luggage was in the lobby storage and not in our rooms which they promised…not even a phone call to tell use it was ready…I’ve never encountered situations like this on all my bookings thru Expedia….i felt bad for my family for them having this experience….for the price I paid this is completely unacceptable.

Really really bad smell in our room the night we got there. They sent staff up to clean. It was still there. The following day they gave us another room. I had to sleep in bathtub that night the smell was so bad.
Clean, convenient and close to good dining options in Old Montreal. The gym and pool were good. They have a hot and cold pool (you can do your own thermal circuit) as well as a sauna (lukewarm temp at best). Signs to get to the underground path to get your morning coffee and bagel need to be better (you take it from the third floor and a different set of elevators). Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Would stay here again.

The only thing I would say needs improvement is the beds and the bedding.
It was an excellent experience. The staff especially is amazing. Everyone has a smile on their face and are so helpful. We asked for a microwave and they sent ot to our room in 5 minutes. Im very glad i chose this place to stay in Montreal. Thanks to all the people who work at Le Westin you all are doing an amazing job in making your guests feel comfortable.
I absolutely loved my stay here! I came back home (Montreal) to bury my father and the staff was absolutely amazing! The valet service was perfect and I was very fortunate to have been a guest here! The cleanliness of the premises was great and my room was especially clean! My view was beautiful as well! Location was great too!
Great location for walkability and exploring the city! Fun pool, cold plunge, sauna, jacuzzi. Decent parking options available around. Room was good but found long hair in my shower. Gross! And I let them know before that I was bringing x2 small dogs with me and they said they will provide bowls. However there were none in the room. At checkout I told the concierge and he said that something you should ask for even though I had email confirmation. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly hotel, go elsewhere. Otherwise a good location for families.
Lovely, centrally located hotel. Short walk to old city, waterfront, giant Ferris wheel, science center, and Chinatown. Spacious, clean room with super comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
