“heart of the action”

stayed 1 night before our cruise. excellent location right in the heart of the ACTION, restaurants, clubs and shops and beach. room clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, grat value for money, will definately stay again when in miami

“Would stay again”

The hotel is quaint. It's in the middle of the action and accross the street from the beach. They had just opened up their restaurant 4 weeks earlier where you can eat outside under the canopy or sidewalk which was really nice. The food was really good. Be careful though, the soda or iced tea cost as much as the meal and everyone in South Beach includes gratuity. The hotel rooms are small as well as the bathroom but comfortable and would definately stay again because of location. We enjoyed our stay.

“Location, Location, Location”

This was my first trip to miami and i am glad i decided to stay at the hotel. I was going to change hotels because they don't have a pool butI am glad i changed my mind. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and is in the heart of everything. The service was excellent. This is my hotel when i go back to Miami.

“Great Place to stay”

Being on Ocen drive was a plus but overall the hotel was very pleasant and clean offering lounge area that was worth my way. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the breeze. Visiting the Carlton to utilize the pool was a plus also.

“Not bad for a night or two, perfect location”

The Majestic Hotel isn't overly majestic, but it was perfect for one night. My husband and I wanted to spend a night in South Beach before we left the next day on a cruise and we wanted a good location. I was more concerned with a so-so hotel with a good location than spending big bucks for one night. The Majestic was perfect for that, but I can't say I would stay there if it was going to be more than 2 or 3 nights. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and was fine for what we needed it for. Don't get room #155 which is right over the kitchen. We should've asked for a different room but we really weren't there that long. Overall I would recommend it as long as your expectations aren't too high.

“Ocean Drive for a great value”

We just stayed here for one night and rather sponanously, but it was the best decision. The hotel staff is great, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Even the hotel's restaurant is good. They help you organize trips tp local attractions, e. g. Everglades. All of this at brilliant location (right on the beginning of Ocean Drive in Miami Beach). And on top of that for an extrodinary, reasonable price!

“Great Stay”

The Majestic Hotel was a great place for my trip. The service was spectacular, but the hotel's location was what I appreciated the most. I recommend this hotel to everyone; I will definitely look to stay at the Majestic Hotel in future trips.

“Majestic Miami”

Overall I think the value vs quality was great. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, though I think the $12.50 per day resort fee is ridiculous. The hotel is closer to a motel with indoor access than a resort. If the hotel wants and additional $12.50 they should add it to the room rate. One caveat, and it is not necessarily a problem with the hotel, is that parking will set you back an additional $15-$20 per day. This is common with all of the area's hotels and something that should be considered when booking.

“Great deal and great location”

Perfect hotel if you want a budget price at a perfect location for the beach and clubs. The only problem was that the ac was adequate just not super cold. Other than that, it was perfect. The restaurnt has $4.95 breakfast, pretty cheap for south beach!
