Location excellent for purpose of attemding international garden show.
Middle of lots of eateries.
Room aircon good, had kettle for tea or coffee, bathroon good size ,water pressure low but good temperature.
They are renovating at present (march 2026)
but they only work during day stopping around 5pm.

The room was acceptable, the position was great with easy access to Buses and Trams (a short walk across the Piazza) in Lygon street, additionally 24 hour convenience with 711 across the road.
The Carlton Lygon lodge team were always approachable and attentive.

Clean room, plenty of space. Kitchenette was handy. Trams nearby and they run very frequently. Supermarket down the road and the hotel is surrounded by eating places. The Afghan restaurant nearly next door was excellent.
