"The host was very accommodating especially with our very late arrival. The room is nicely decorated and is well equipped for most any needs. The bed was very comfortable, a great bathroom and shower, and a large walk in closet with more than ample storage space. In addition there is a nice private patio. Very easy to find off the main boulevard and in a nice neighborhood. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne."

"Property is nice and clean. Location and price make it worthwhile. If you’re going to stay here make sure you bring more bedding or blankets as it does get chilly at night. Rental manager does not keep extra on hand and didn’t provide any than what’s on the bed. Improvised as my son slept on the couch. Can’t adjust thermostat which wasn’t a big deal for us. No kitchen but tons of stuff to eat close by and grocery right down the street. Air fryer would have been very helpful."
