Offers 23 well-equipped rooms with television, phone, air-conditioning and bathroom. “dirty and depressing”

The staff was professional and helpful, but the hotel was by no means a three-star hotel in my experience. The common areas, especially the stairway, were disgustingly dirty and the room was dark and depressing. The hotel was somewhat convenient to the Chamartín Train Station (a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute walk to the metro) but the area is very residential and has few restaurants or stores that might be of interest to travelers. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
