We really enjoyed our stay at Blume. The suites are recently remodeled, very clean and very comfortable. They are in the middle of everything, a short walk from the Puerta del Sol & Gran Vía for fantastic shopping and dining, yet it was quiet at night (we didn’t stay over the weekend though so YMMV). The staff was lovely, kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Liked the local neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants. Close to Sol metro station and also easy stops to Atocha main station. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask them to check for a bag that I left behind.

This is an excellent boutique hotel right in Madrid center. A special and artsy feature of this hotel is the spiral stairway which contains a mural of various iconic places in the city, and a wrought iron style railing. We could walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will show you where to go. High marks for Ferial and Carol at the front desk! The room including beds was very comfortable and had a pleasant view of the balconies and street, yet was quiet at night. The breakfast was quite good, though note the better value for pre-paying it the day before. Some nearby great restaurants are Pickwick (for tapas, try the cod croquettes, amazing), and La Rollerie (amazing value, five star quality, try the chicken Cordon Bleu).

Central location in lively Madrid, clean rooms, great water pressure with plenty of hot water even if it takes a couple minutes, compact and stocked kitchenette when everything you'd need. Something special for Madrid: two sets of double-pane windows and a real soundproof room that's not just a marketing gimmick. This is a huge plus. Madrid known how to party early into the wee hours.

Unsere Suite war sehr sauber. Auch die Matratzen waren gut. Ein Tresor in der Suite stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und gaben uns gute Tipps. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - das bedingt, dass es in der Straße laut ist, jedoch sind die Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert! Spanisches Fernseh- und Radioprogramm war verfügbar.

We had a wonderful experience. It was very quiet. Breakfast was included and very good. We were leaving earlier than breakfast was being served one day and they offered to bring it to our room the day prior. Laundry facilities were available. Plenty of hot water for showers. Place was quaint and clean. Air conditioning allowed us to regulate the temperature to a comfortable climate. Customer service was very good. I would recommend to others.

Carol, the receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all our needs. Hotel.com stated that my reservation would have balcony, but on the hotel record, the reservation is a standard room without balcony. I think Hotel.com should be more careful on this, to avoid miscommunication. Well, this standard room had a sitting room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchen and of course bathroom. It is very neat, clean and cozy. However, the windows were facing patio of the buildings, that means no scene and relatively little sunlight. The breakfast included was simple and good. When I arrived, the road was in construction, and hence blocked for taxi and bumpy for my luggages. There was a disco bar located right besides the entrance of the building making it a bit noisy and crowded upon returning hotel at late night.

The front desk and other staff súper nice. I can not complaint about the room. It was clean. I think it was recently renovated. However the hotel it us placed near bars and busy street Restaurants and the street is under construcción. So you find garbage everywhere drunk individuals until 7 to 8 am. Too dangereus to go out at nidnight. Good News the metro el sol was very near like a minute. So it’s not the hotel fault maybe when they finish renovating the street it could be a different story.

Superó nuestras expectativas. La suite bastante amplia y cómoda, en condiciones excelentes de mantenimiento, la cocina bien equipada con los implementos para preparar los alimentos. La suite tenia todo para sentirte como en casa, la cama era muy comoda y el detalle de bienvenida fue todo un gesto. La recepcionista encantadora, nos aconsejo lugares para visitar y para comer.
