I arrived around 10:00am at the hotel, and well understand that check-in time was 3:00pm, so my intention was ask to store my luggage at the reception and will be back later and check-in. But there was a Milekn conference there and eventhough I explained this, they did not allow me enter the hotle, so I have to take my luggage with me till I check-in in the afternoon. It was not so good exeprience.

The property is nice under construction at the moment, you can’t really feel it, but if your room is facing south is for sure is in your view. The staff at the front desk reception incredible. I would’ve given the property five stars, but we had dinner and breakfast upstairs at Circa55 both experiences were horrible. NO SERVICE … We went to an early dinner so we thought maybe it’s because it’s an early dinner and there’s nobody really in the restaurant that the service was horrible. But then we went to the breakfast. Breakfast waited 10 minutes to actually get a cuppa coffee. We sat there for about 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us. Also, every time we asked anybody who walked by if we could order a cup of coffee Their answer would be you have to ask your waitress. Before we ask a waitress, we need to see a waitress. Definitely not what you expect at the Beverly Hilton.

Way too much construction. No pool to use noisy for rooftop breakfast. Very noisy at night between 10 and 11. Wait a few years for construction to be done before staying here

It was very elegant, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. I felt pampered with the luxury room and the robes and slippers provided. The staff, especially the room service servers were very efficient and professional.

Our first room was in the old tower and was dirty, dark and the fridge was filled with rice from someone else. The bathroom door was also broken. Once we moved into the Wilshire side, it was much nicer.

Hotel was the venue for an industry event so I paid through the nose for an Oasis room for a single night. It was nothing special, boring, outdated decor, lacking basics like the bottled water we were promised. An average room for under $200 — but I paid over $600! Quite a disappointment.

Jackhammering at 8am. The sink leaked onto the floor and was becoming moldy. The bathtub faucet had water stains. Crack in the lamp shade. Concierge offered my wife $80 dining credit for the unbearable noise, I requested a full refund, neither happened. On top of all of this, the ‘B’ was out in their marquee, making it ‘The everly Hilton.’ Most of the staff were amazing. The concierge (two weeks new to the job) did not hold to his word, and I will be following up.

Reservation issues
Check in was terrible. They could not find the reservation on Hotels.com or Expedia. Finally they found it under a third party that Hotels.com used. The reservation was not linked to Hotels, Expedia or my name. Check in was about a half hour. Come to find out they are renovating- no pool. Also the water pressure in the shower was very very low. The jackhammers were loud not too bad.

Nice of course, but not spectacular
We stayed at the BH Hilton for an event. It’s more expensive than it should be. Service was polite but not particularly accommodating. Everything costs more than it should.
