There was a bug crawler bug in the bathroom of the room we checked in. Wife and daughter are really scared and we asked to move to another room. The huge concern is lack of cleanliness and bug/pest extermination. I have a video recording taken too.

The attendant for the parking was really nice. When I left at night to go somewhere again with the car, he made sure my spot was kept for me till I returned. Considering the parking space is limited, it was very nice. The location was convenient to hop on bus and metro to go many places. There were many places to eat around also. The only one misleading thing in description was the laundry. This location does indicate to have laundry, but it is not for the guest to use. I had to go to the nearby laundry mat to take care of that.

Best value for the money is in Koreatown, LA. This hotel had extremely comfortable beds and pillows which is top priority in my book. Good breakfast as well. Parking is tight but included unlike most hotels in LA. These 3 make it guaranteed I go back when I next visit LA
