“Loved It!!!”

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel & can't wait to go back!!! It was everything the website siad it would be and a whole lot more. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, and the location could not have been more perfect.

“Fantastic”

From the moment we arrived and was served with complimentary wine, the hotel and service never disappointed. The staff were brilliant, the food and drink in the bar and restaurant was great. Add in a great location to explore the city and hit the local night-life, what more could we want? A return trip springs to mind!

“Very nice hotel to get the LA experience”

We had a great stay at this hotel. We are a family with two teenagers and a 10 year old and everyone enjoyed the hotel pool. We tried the hotel restaurant for appetizers and, while it was not the most inexpensive meal, it was good and the ambience is great. The service was excellent. The only thing that I think they should do is add more areas where people can check email and browse the web. Not everyone has a laptop that they travel with. Great hotel and would choose it again to stay if we travel to LA.

“Looking forward to my next stay.”

All services that I experienced on my stay were top rate and very personable. The restaurant was most impressive - the menu and all of the wait staff - they made you very comfortable and welcome. I would love to go back and stay again when I am in Hollywood. Valet service was also very quick and very personable. Made us very comfortable with going in and out as often as we needed to.

“Great place to stay”

Great hotel to stay at. The service was exceptional. Valet service was top notch. Truly enjoyed the complimentary wine from 5pm-8pm every evening. Great location. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that the mini fridge in the room was filled with complimentary beverages (with the exception of the alcohol) Next time I am back in the area, will be staying at the Andaz again. Great experience. Fabulous service.

“Great New Hotel...Super Location”

My wife and I just got back from staying at the "new" Andaz, and we couldn't be more pleased. We enjoyed the personal service, comfortable room, & location. Although we had a car, we walked to dinner/nightlife every night. Parking is expensive, sure, but it's expensive all over LA...I would consider the price to valet average for the area. To counter the cost of parking, however, all guests are given "FREE" internet access, + complimentary refreshments and snacks in the room (except alcohol) - HOW GREAT IS THAT! Although we didn't take advantage, they also offered a free breakfast and wine bar during certain times of the day. A couple of "issues," however: 1. One night, needing ice, I took off down the hall to find the ice machine...which I never did. I asked a hotel clerk the next morning where the ice machines were, and he wouldn't tell me...all I got was the spiel about how important guest relations where to them, and that they would promptly deliver ice if we called. WELL, I want to get my own ice. WHY DID THEY GIVE ME AN ICE BUCKET IF I CAN'T GET MY OWN ICE? I asked another hotel clerk about an ice machine, and she didn't mind telling us where it was located (in our hall, it was behind a door marked employees only.) 2. We stayed out late one night, and was still in bed at 10am when we were abruptly disturbed by a rapping on the door from room service - even though we clearly had the "do not disturb" placard was hanging outside the door.

“Great location, comfortable hotel”

We booked this hotel after discovering that our favorite Weho hotel was sold out! Disappointed, we were sure that we would not be satisfied with anything other than our "Gold Standard." The hotel is easy to miss, and we drove right by it. We found our way and we were happy we did. The lobby decor was impressive, and the floor to ceiling windows in each room gave a great view. The beds were comfortable. Most impressive were the freebies: Wifi, snacks, non alc. mini-bar beverages. The service was great. We were surprised to find out that they do not staff for concierge, however, the staff was able to give us solid recommendations. The hotel's restaurant had good food, but was extremely pricy for breakfast. Overall, a great Weho hotel.

“Impressed with rennovation”

last time i stayed at this hotel before remodeling and re-branding I thought it "average" but this time it was exceptional! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

“Best location and services.”

Arrived at hotel, staff most helpful and courteous. Room was exceptional with brilliant views over Los Angeles (beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever encountered at a hotel). Loved the all-inclusive mini-bar where everything was free (except alcohol) and afternoon free wine/drinks and nibbles in the lobby. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitely return to stay here in the future.

Great hotel! Room needs better decor, but the amenities and location make up for it.
