This was BY FAR one of the ABSOLUTE BEST hotel experiences we have EVER had!! My friend and I have traveled together for over 30 years and have never experienced anything quite like this. The moment we got out of our car, our bags were magically swept away into the lobby. We felt like ALL the employees were tripping over each other trying to make us happy. We were treated like celebrities from the second we got there. The breakfast and high tea were AMAZING and my favorite part was my server, Sadman. I have a LOT of food allergies and he made sure I could not only eat, but eat VERY well for my entire stay. PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! The bar downstairs is someplace I would travel far, to experience again!! We can’t wait to come back!!

100 queens gate hotel is quintessential of London. The architecture of the property to the interior is very well thought out. The staff is unbelievably friendly and, accommodating. The bed mattress could’ve been better, it felt hard.

I am a Hilton Honors member so I have come to expect exceptional service from Hilton and Hilton affiliates. My stay at this hotel was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The staff are professional as expected but what was above and beyond the usual experience is how warm and welcoming they were. I was greeted outside by a bellhop who assisted me from my black car with my luggage. The property is fabulous outside, and stands out in the elegant neighborhood of South Kensington. Inside is beautifully outfitted and pristine with updated amenities. The rooms are quite small but clean and well equipped with basic needs. The kettles are clean. The beds are comfortable. There are no microwaves. The menu is simple and the food and food service staff are helpful. Their tearoom, Botanica, is beautiful. The tea service is very affordable (under 50 GBP without champagne) in comparison to other hotels/tea rooms in the area. They do hold an incidental charge on your card (50 GBP/night) which is standard. Charges to your room are deducted from this hold and you are returned the difference after checking out. South Kensington is considered 'posh' and for good reason. There are countless highly rated restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The Natural History Museum is a very short distance away (book your ticket online to avoid lines). This is where I will be staying when I return to London.

Stayed 1 night. Have stayed before. Very friendly check-in and room was good (deluxe queen) and quiet (on 5th floor). Breakfast was very busy and staff struggled to keep everything available during the peak time. Good location, close to Hyde Park, museums, lots of dining options.

Not a 5 star property. The location is excellent however everything else lacks lustre. The beds are extremely uncomfortable claiming to all be memory foam however these beds are not, this is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel let alone a 5 star hotel, pillows are clumpy and the up keep of the room is not 5 star. Tiles broken in the bathroom, shower head broken , bar fridge cabinet broken.

I was given the different room, which had practically no window, hardly a queen size bed (instead of promised king size one). Breakfast was limited, worse than in a 3 star hotel. During the check in I my card was charged 200 GBP for "deposit". During check out, they told me that unused deposit will be released, but nothing was deposited back to my card!

Great location in Kensignton area. Wakable to two train (underground) stations. Very quiet with cute stores, restaurants and bakeries. The service at the hotel is very good and the staff is very kind. Totally recomend this hotel.

The superior queen room we had was at the end of a very long dark corridor, the room was very small had no natural light was very hot despite us turning the thermostat down to 17, felt like there was no air in there. The bed was hard and you can feel and hear the springs inside moving. After this experience I definitely wouldn’t stay here again despite the rest of the hotel being quite pleasant and would not recommend these dark small rooms to anyone.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice area. The rooms are tiny and the mattresses very uncomfortable. The breakfast was included for us and service was a disaster. We waited until our food was cold to get a cup of tea or coffee every single day. Room service food was horrible. Overall it's a basic hotel that I would most certainly not call a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for 5 star service and comfort as well as food you are better off staying somewhere else.

Because we booked through Hotel.com we were given a basement room under the lobby which was very noisy in the mornings as people rolled their roller bags across the floor. Then we left for a weekend in Bath and when we returned on Sunday (Nov 5) for one night we were given a windowless room between the 1 and 2 floor. It's a lovely hotel, but the rooms they gave us were terrible.

Lovely stay at 100 Queens Gate
Our stay at 100 Queens Gate in London was excellent. Superbly located in a safe& beautiful neighbourhood, the staff were very warm and welcoming at all points during our stay. Our room was lovely, quiet and matched the description and photos. We were able to easily access the tube (2 nearby stations) and it’s walkable to many parks, pubs and lovely restaurants. A+, would totally stay here again.

We stayed at 100 Queensgate for 13 nights from late September through the first week in October. The hotel was nicely situated in South Kensington near the Natural History Museum where I was working. The staff was good-natured and helpful. Excluding the bathroom, our small room was about 9 by 13 feet in size with a Queen size bed with small tables at the corner, a small closet (2 by 2-1/2 feet with 10 hangers), a side table (1-1/2 by 5-1/2 feet) with a small (5/6 cubic feet) refrigerator and coffee and tea makers. A small alcove (3 by 4-1/2 ft) had a chair and a small (18 in diameter) table. The bathroom with shower was especially nice. A lot of smallness. For a long stay, a major drawback was lack of storage space. The bedside tables each had a single small 14-by-14-by-7-inch drawer (about 4/5 cubic feet), so that, with only 5 clothes hangers apiece, we had to live out of our suitcases. The hotel restaurant was very expensive (£57 per person per day for a buffet breakfast, £46 per person for afternoon tea). Room service meals were less expensive, but sometimes without salt and pepper and breakfast toast came without butter. Cups provided for making tea were too tall to fit in the coffee maker, so I had to buy a £5 mug at a local shop to make coffee. The hotel is definitely not designed for long stays and the small room with two small chairs encouraged us to be out and about. Our cost was just under $5,000 for the 13-night stay, not really a bargain. Location was best.
