“Great location, not so great room”
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station, and walking distance to main attractions in London. 1 minute walk to a bike station. The room was very small, barely bigger than a full size bed, but clean. The bed was ok. The bathroom also very small but decent. Good hotel if all you need is a place to sleep and take a shower, not a good idea if you plan to stay in the room for a long time.
“Not the worst I've stayed in, but close”
It was freezing the whole two days. When I asked about heat, they told me they only turn it on at night. Late at night, and it goes off early, so morning showers were very uncomfortable! It was positively the worst bed I've ever slept on, lumpy and hard as a rock. The bathroom had just been redone, though, new tiles and fixtures, so maybe the beds are next!
“Most disgusting hotel in London”
The hotel is filthy, disgusting, and smells. The linnen looked dirty. There were used teabags on the table, a dirty toilet and shower stall. The room is extremely small with a very small shower stall that you would not want to use anyway. We immediately found another place to stay and lost our pre-payment. Do not book this hotel, even if Expedia offers a sale price. I threw away my money.
