“needs more reliable shuttle to airport”

A lovely place to stay. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Nice resteraunts and pool. We had to wait a very long time to catch the shuttle to the hotel from the airport as well as back to the airport. But the hotel did provide a taxi back to the airport since the shuttles were having trouble. I would stay here again.

A great place to stay after a trans Atlantic flight. Heavenly pool to wash the jet lag away. Exceptional friendly staff. ***** Quality at the Marriott.

“Great hotel for a quick stay”

I had a one day layover at Heathrow, this hotel seemed close, so I booked it online. Not as close as I thought, plus the HotelHoppa shuttle service has a long wait between buses. (not the hotel's fault) About a 15min. cab ride from Terminal 3. Check in was super fast, bed was extra comfy, room service food was good - just not stellar. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great for biz travelers! Would certainly stay again!

“Impressive”

I am a fan of the Marriott hotels and always love staying in one. This hotel was particularly impressive and i love the time I spent there.

Bed comfort was awesome even in London....I also love the Marriott Marquis in Times Square New York City....ALWAYS stay there once a year in April. Always been treated with respect at the Marriotts!! Never have had a problem. The London Marriott Heathrow Hotel has great airport shuttle service for 4 pounds....time schedule is accurate.... The desk clerk even had our four suitcases weighed~~just in case they were over 50 pounds and we could reshuffle the contents, if needed....so, there would not be any extra charges for ''over weight" luggage at the airport. Can't wait to return to the Hotels. Our Expedia reservations through out this trip from Phoenix to England, fAug 30 -Oct 01,2010 was flawless....thank you Expedia!! TJ

“Most comfortable”

We checked in at 2:00 am. We ordered room service, a roast beef sandwich, and it was the worst we have ever had! Maybe because of the time?? Anyway, we had a wake-up call for 6:00 am, so the short time there was very nice (other than the food). The room was extremely nice, the bed most comfortable, just very lovely. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully more time next time!

“Heathrow Hotel Plus”

This hotel worked out just fine. It was clean and quiet and close to the airport, which was important to us. We were coordinating our stay , prior to a cruise in Dover. The staff were helpful and efficient. The only downside (would apply to all local hotels here), is the shuttle bus from the airport is not free...costs 3 pounds each way. We would use it again, if needed a hotel near Heathrow. Thank you.

“Marriott's usual”

This was just an overnight after an uncomfortable transatlantic flight. The hotel is up to Marriott's usual high standard - clean, comfortable, & value. The hotel is ON Heathrow, yet there's no sound of aircraft arriving & departing. The "Hotel Hoppa" system will get you to any terminal if you've got a half hour. At GBP 8, it's a little expensive - but cheaper than a cab. Was able to get into my room at 9AM without extra charge - a big help. Will stay there again!
