"Buffet breakfast was included - that was a nice surprise. While the selection was not extensive, the food that was served was delicious. The fact that the hotel is at the airport is its biggest plus although it took us a while to find it. It would’ve been nice if there were better signs in the airport directing us to the hotel. "

"This was a great hotel that we stayed at Unexpectedly due to are flight being cancelled at Chitose Airport due to the Snow. It was a perfect very comfortable stay and I can truly say it was a great place in relatively close proximity to Chitose airport via train and taxi. The overall hotel and the rooms were very modern and the beds were excellent, very comfortable. Staff were veer helpful and made us very welcome!"

"We stayed for the last night of a ski trip before flying out of CTS. Very comfortable room and the only place during our 10day trip that had more than one pillow standard. No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS). Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast."

"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views. Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. "Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice. "

"Hotel is easy to get to. Short train ride from new chitose airport. 2 stops to Chitose station and then a five minute walk. Bed was comfy. Black out drapes. A rod to hang clothes was useful since I was drying out my ski stuff. Having a kettle and mini fridge was nice. All in all good value. No restaurant but some close by and there is an Aeon shopping mall just 6 minute walk away. Staff were great! Did not get a chance to try the public bath on the 6th floor. "
