値段だけ満足

値段が安かったから選んだけど、受付の人は無愛想でマニュアル通りのことを一方的にマイペースで説明を話している。 部屋は、建物が古いせいか清掃はしているが、あまり綺麗に感じない。 シャワーでは、カーテンのほつれから糸が何本も出ていて、髪の毛がついていると勘違いするほど、ほつれ糸が出ているのが不気味。 トイレのウォシュレットは、水勢が無くほぼ無意味。 ベットメイクがされているけど、壁に押し付けすぎており、ベットに入る時に布団を自分の好きなように包まろうとしてもキツくて引っ張れず。 もう行きません

お値段を考えると多少の事は目をつぶることができますが、 それを踏まえても汚すぎます。バスルームがカビだらけな上に、トイレの洗浄ノズルの汚いこと！！！！！ あんなに真っ黒なノズルは見たことがありません！！！！！ あれでおしりは洗えません。 千歳でペット可の宿はここしかないので頑張ってほしいです！

宿泊者目線の最低限のサービスをして欲しい。

千歳市内に空室が無かったので、宿泊したものの、宿泊料金も高く、北海道の窓口千歳市のホテルとしては、サービスサービス精神が不十分と感じた。 清掃は、見える範囲しか行われていない。カーテンの内側や、洗面台、便器の下側、ユニットバスの接合部などには、黒カビが生えている。 廊下の隅には、埃が所々に溜まっていた。 部屋に、コップと湯沸かしポットは有るものの、コーヒー等のティーパックなどは、部屋のみならずフロントにも置かれたいない。 エアコン、冷蔵庫の温度調節つまみ等が壊れたまま、応急処置も説明も、無かった。
