I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt.
