We had a great stay! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turtle sightings, night beach walks, and the restaurants around town. It would be nice to have a couple beach tents available, if possible for guests. We found Melbourne Beach to be a great spot and this rental to be accommodating.

Steps from the beach is no exageration.

Very literally steps from the beach. My two complaints were wifi in our rental was almost non existent (it would come in and out) and there wasnt an ocean view, which I didnt see in the description but there are 2 other units on site which have balconies and decks with ocean views. It would have been nice to know the option existed before committing to this rental. Thats not so much on them as it is VRBO for not making it easier to see additional listings at the same location. Otherwise the rental was nice and normal. It wasn't anything extravagant or excessive. It was a nice, normal 1br apartment-type place perfect for a little unwind weekend with no expectations.

Location! Location!

Fabulous location. Furniture, curtains, dishes all need coordination and updates. But clean perfect spot on the beach!
