“Good hotel for busniess travelers”

I was so glad that the reception has accepted to check in us at 6:00am rather than letting us wait in the lobby until 1:00pm . The room were clean and comfort according to the booking rate. I was satisfied with the 3 nights stay.

“Not worth it. over priced and hardly reaching 4-star level”

based on my vast travelling experience I found this hotel very over rated. It hardly reaches the 4-star level! very small room and pathroom! tighny closet and no space for a suite at all! lots of services are not available... the balcony door does not close! the food is not good... there for they are over priced. on top of that, when checking out they asked me for 2 dollars againest a bottle of water and I paid. next day they deducted 2 dollars again for the same bottle from my visa card! called them but nothing happened! imagine if it was in hundreds!!

“Good hotel at Taksim Square”

Nice hotel right next to Taksim square. Slightly over-priced given that breakfast isn't included although the service was excellent. The shuttle was on time to pick us up from the airport, everything went smoothly at check-in, the hotel offered free internet in every room, and there was a day spa (which we didn't get time to use...) If you want to stay in this area of town, and like upscale hotels this is the place!

Area recommendations

Taksim is a nice place to stay if you want to be around the more lively local scene. There are a bunch of shops, restaurants, bars, etc around here filled with locals. On the other hand Sultahnamet has some charming small hotels which are cheaper and better located if you're looking to visit all the main attractions like the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque.

“will go back”

the location is excellent. staff speaks english. the spa was excellent. we enjoyed the sauna, pool and the massages. room was a bit small. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

When to go

this hotel is close to the subway and the above ground trains which take u to blue mosques the sophia and the bazzar. i do not usually take subways and trains but because of the traffic and some of the taxi drivers know how to take the loooon route to make extra cash i opt for the train and throughly enjoyed it. pack your bathing suit and take a walk to taxim square lots of restaurants and deserts and cofee shops r great. food anywhere was excellent.

Getting around

public transportation is cheap reliable and easy. the manager gives excellent directions.
