“Good value, busy hotel but out of town a little”
This was the best value hotel we could find in Hong Kong for an overnight stay. It is large and very busy. But I found the staff very pleasant and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. No complaints would stay there again if I needed to.
“Not very impressed”
Have stayed at this hotel before. The only reason to stay again is to be near wherer I need to do business. The service and room was just not too impressive. The room has no outlet to receive US type plug, which is rare in today's hotels hosting international guests. No complimentary bottled water is offered like in other cities. You either buy bottled water from the street or pay HK$60 for a bottle in room.
“LOST BAG”
While waiting for our cab after checkout we stayed in the lobby, a very unfortunate incident happend, someone grab my girl friend's bag containing lots of items inside it that we reported to the hotel manager and accompanied us to the police station to report the incident. Inside her bags were Notebook PC, passport, HK ID, cash about 4000 HK dollars, cellphone and some personal items. It is very sad that the hotel lacked security to protect their guest though they have CCTV that shown a the guy who grab the bag but I don't think that will help us recover the stolen items. I will not recommend that place to anyone at all.
“Location is far from popular areas.”
The location is far from popular areas. It takes 10 mins walk from Tsuen Wan MTR station. On the way walking to the hotel, you need to walk through the adjacent shopping centers where always full of people. Except before 8am or after 10pm. Cleanliness of my room is OK except the carpet and the sofa are somehow old. Air conditioning is fine. Staffs are friendly.
“Not Great”
Jack hammering outside the room to start the first day. Only hot water in the sink and run down room. I didn't spend much time in the room as there was so much to do in the city but I will not be staying here again. Service is second to none but they are working in a run down building.
“Good Value for Money”
Hotel is great but quite far from where the action is. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the end of the redline of the subway. And the subway ride is like 30 minutes from the hotel to downtown.
“panda hotel”
No internet service. House keeper knocked on the door at 740am not that friendly Location sucks
