The hotel is really of good value. Excellent location: directly across from MTR train station and tram stations, yet very quiet and away from the hectics for Causeway Bay, which is a 5-10 minutes walk away.

“Would look forward to staying at the Metropark should we ever visit HK again”

For a hotel located in the Causeway Bay area - we would have no hesitation in booking another stay at the Metropark. Even though our room was somewhat on the small side - it was very comfortable and adequate for our needs. Very close to Victoria Park. The Metropark is very convenently located for the Tin Hau MTR station - this is a big plus since it's very easy to go anywhere on HK Island and Kowloon on the MTR. Is not very conveniently located for traveling to and from the airport.

“Good value, excellent location”

Very good value at a reasonable cost. The roof top pool, with an extraordinary view of Hong Kong, is alone a reason for staying. Rooms are comfortable; the hotel low key, i.e., you can be casually dressed; the staff very pleasant and helpful. The inexpensive breakfast buffet is quite good. Ten minutes away from the central business district via the cheap, fast and clean metro (the Tin Hau stop is one block away), makes it very convenient. Only minor negatives: TVs could be upgraded and have cable channels such as CNN; no hair dryers in bathrooms

“Loved my stay at Metro Park Hotel, Causeway Bay”

I stayed in a Harbour View Room and the views were truly amazing and the room was lovely too - really modern and so comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and the service was great. I appreciated the free welcome drink in the bar which had a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast s were good and the hotel also offered a free shutlle bus to the tourist areas which I did use and found very handy. The hotel is located literally two minutes from Tin Hau MTR station and there are plenty of eating places and shops nearby. The swimming pool is only small but what a view! Would stay at this hotel again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel room was very nice. It was very clean and the service was great. The staff was efficient and very friendly. The location was also very convinient. It was just a few steps to public transportation. The bed, however, was hard. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay there.

“Great Location”

This is a great hotel for those who want to stay on the Hong Kong Island. Located few blocks from the MTR station Tin Hau, you can get to Time Square and Pacific Place in minutes. I stayed here twice in 2006. For the price you pay, you can't beat Metropark Hotel.

“Excellent value”

I was very pleased with my stay. I specifically wanted to be on HK Island, where there seem to be fewer hotels. This was a good value. Very clean, very pleasant. It's at the far east end of Causeway Bay, but right on an MTR stop. Cool roof-top pool.

“Awesome Hotel!”

This hotel was seriously perfect - the service was great (their English was impeccable - as a Chinese-American frequenting Hong Kong, I've experienced quite a few incomprehensible English customer service people at even the five-star hotels, but the Metropark's was definitely the best yet!) The hotel is within walking distance from Causeway Bay but far enough removed from the busy/noisy Hong Kong metropolitan area for a sense of "privacy." Definitely a fantastic place to stay.

“Convenenient location and good value”

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in October 2007. The hotel service was efficient and overall we had a good experience. It is across the street from a metro stop (Tin Hau) and convenient to Causeway Bay which is a good area for restaurants, shopping, etc. A large bathroom, and a reasonable size room. We would go back.
