The room design way cool and mostly clean but the bathroom could have done with a little better scrub, it wasn’t bad but the grout between the tiles could have been cleaner and the shower drain smelled a little. Everything else was very clean though and the lounge area with free snacks and drinks was fantastic. Loved the location. Lots of great places to eat nearby and many nice coffee shops. Also close to a couple of laundromats which was handy.

Second time at this hotel and the location is excellent. However, this time the room was very small, too small to be functional. For example I could not pull the chair out enough to sit at the desk and it was difficult to reopen or close the curtains without climbing on the bed. I was on my own but this is a double room, however two in that room would be very challenging.

The Figo is a great option in Hong Kong. Great location and helpful staff. The coffee machine and happy hours are much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but they have everything you need. Housekeeping is done to a high standard.

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.
