“March 2012”

The Hai Au hotel had the friendliest and happiest staff in the World who made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very large with two huge king size double beds, aircon, Free wifi, fridge, samsung flat screen TV and computer and strange sunken bath/ shower. We were given a free plate of fresh fruit on arrival. It's about 5 minutes from the first shops and 10 minutes from the market. The staff go to bed (in reception) at 11pm but you can get in after that without any problems. They provide coffee and tea and thermos of hot water every day.

“BEST STAFF IN VIETNAM”

BEST HOTEL OF OUR TRIP! The staff is what makes this hotel. They were prompt, lovely and amazing in general. Nothing was too hard for them. They knew our names before check in and made a point of using them our entire stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Nice hotel”

Friendly staff. On our opinion sometimes too friendly, so it was not professional anymore. Location is 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre. Also easy to rent a bike if you have fitting appointments with tailors. Not close to the beach. The non-heated swimming pool was nice to cool off during a warm day. No elevator, so if you have a problem with walking, make sure you stay on the first floor.

“The best little hotel in Hoi Ann”

We had the best time in Hoi Ann made possible by the staff, Sally, Minnie and Yummie. They have great memories for names and made you feel like part of their family. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and close to everything. The bar is open all the time and the service was second to none. Will definitely be staying there again!
