"I chose this hotel since we we were traveling to go to Austin for a UT Austin graduation. I had 9 people in my group and we were able to book 2 rooms. Since I booked it with hotels.com, I made sure to call a day later to the actual hotel to make sure that they received the reservation. The person who answered was very nice and confirmed everything and when I told them that we would have to check in probably around midnight she said that she would leave a note for our reservation and to just call...

"Our fridge in the room leaked and I reported twice and did not get a response. We used our towels to mop up the water. After two days, they came in and cleaned it up. "I loved it! The place was very nice with wonderful and kind staff. The place was very clean and had a very professional look. The only issues I've faced was the card key not working but the people at the front desk were very cooperative and helped me fix the problem. There was a slight humid smell in the room and the elevator was a little squeaky. But other than that, it was excellent! I will definitely be reserving a room here again!"
