Parking was easy and clean. Did not use the gymn but it did have three pcs of equipment. There was no vent in the bathroom. Shower door leaked onto the floor and was reported. It was looked at but not corrected. The heater was not working. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very professional. My departure was delayed twice but we were accommadated.

Staff was friendly as they were last time. This was our second visit. However i requested a pet friendly handicap room first floor. My reservation was accepted. This is not a busy motel considering they have 4 floors. I was offered the same room on 2nd floor. I ask for 1st floor as my dog is very large, so I don't want to inconvenience or scare another guest and their pets on the elevator. Its common sense. So i had to pay 44.00 dollars extra to be on 1st floor handicap because it had 2 beds instead of 1 king. Air in room was not working and there's no one on sight to address at peak check-in hours. So i had to move across the hall to have mediocre air. Lucky for us there was a cold front coming in next day. There are roaches,the nasty German kind. So my discounted rate plus 40 dollar pet fee plus 44 dollar room change and 50 dollar refundable deposit ended up costing me 300 dollars to stay in a dump. Wont stay again.

This is a VERY basic extended stay property. One spoon, one fork, no bath mat, very basic necessities. All the staff members we encountered were helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
