Only issue was that when we looked up and booked our establishment and room choice, on Expedia’s website, we were offer a buffet Dinner and breakfast on the checkout day. So when we arrived and checked in at reception, we were informed that they do not provide and sort of dinner at all at there establishment. So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board...

"The hotel is a striking and unusual building, very handsome, though we would have appreciated better signs - the rooms in the 400s, which had to be accessed through the library, were difficult to find when first arriving. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the location of the hotel, near the seafront sights (the Mary Rose museum, Nelson's flagship Victory, etc) and the ferry ports. Everything clean and well maintained."

A great last minute find
"The hotel is really close to The Historic Dockyard, the reason for our visit and had a vacancy. The room was great, lovely comfortable bed with good quality bedding and towels. The en-suite was compact but modern and clean. We had a harbour view looking at HMS Warrior and although right on the road with the trains and buses nearby the room was really quiet. Breakfast was included in the price and provided a great start to the day with continental and cooked available. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. "
