"The hotel needs a bit of a freshening up. The rug in the room was curling at the edges and was a trip hazard, the curtains did not close completely, some of the towels had holes in them, the room was tired but clean. There was a lack of toiletries. The breakfast as far as Turkish breakfast go was disappointing. The location however was amazing. The staff were the biggest plus. They were very helpful and Aydin Bey went out over and above what is expected to help when one our party became ill. "

"The staff was amazing and starting with the reception...Erhan saved the day or should I say the night for me. Not knowing there were two Seven Hills hotels when I booked on Hotel.com, my reservation was at the original hotel and my friends were booked at the Palace. He found the last room for me there and offered to keep the reservation at the Seven Hills until I had a chance to visit the property where I first stayed 12 years ago. Needless to say, I stayed at the Palace and Erhan gave me a wonderful room. All the reception staff were friendly and accommodating as was the staff working the bags/etc and restaurant. My highest recommendtion for the Palace!"
