“Will definately visit again”
Found the location great as it was close enough to walk to Cavill Ave but far enough to not hear all the noise. The Management were great help with places to go and eat, Undercover park was excellent and safe. The Rooms were big enough for Four adults and had all the amenities needed to cook and do your washing as we found the to save on cost's cooking dinners were a cheaper option as eating out can be expensive. The spa was a little smaller then expected but enjoyed it all the same after a lond day @ Dreamworld would definately visit The Emerald again.
“will definately go back”
great location, great managers and very helpfull, organised a rental car for us with a navman so it was so easy to get around. rooms a little tired but clean and comfortable. loved the spa bath and the views were amazing. very child friendly with plenty to do.

Comfortable and within walking distance to the centre however bit windy at night, windows shock alot. Beds need a bit of upgrading

Very well looked after room and we spent a couple of great night at this special place.
“Good Break”
Our Family had a great stay at the Emerald the Managers were very helpful,the room was tidy although it did need a bit of maintenance. The location has great views and is quiet,a bit of a walk to town but not too bad.The pool area is great overall it was good.
“Disappointing”
Arrived and took over 40 minutes to check in with only one couple in front of us. Provided my name and had three different names thrown back at me from the receptionist. No hot water in room so cold showers, furniture dated and after sitting on lounge for a period began to itch. Windows had broken latches and TV was full of snow. The room did have great views back over surfers which was quite pleasant overnight. Overall very disappointing for the price the place needs a full renovation with new furniture and appliances and sound proof glass.
