Hotel was lovely however.. water was not free in room, hotel fridge was crammed with for purchase items and lobby bikes were not free but for rental only. When you book a hotel you look at all amenities and in this case there were several discrepancies. Time for a hotel review Expedia.

Unfortunately due to circumstances outside the hotels control we couldn’t use the pool which was disappointing but every else was good

Love staying at QT Gold Coast. Beds and pillows are super comfy, rooms are always impeccably clean.

Awesome hotel! They upgraded our room upon arrival and even offered two welcome drinks. Food and drinks were great. Very clean and in a great area

Loved our stay. Awesome pool, gym and distance from beach. Excellent access to tram and surfers main street shopping. Easy drive in and parking arrngements. Loved the staff and the QSpa was a hit with my wife. Definately would stay again.

The place itself is quirky and the decor is fun but overall not great. Little things like the cutlery not being washed from the last person and toilet paper roll not being replaced either to more substantial issues like a worker walking into my hotel room without knocking to the staff members not giving any information about the hotel when checking in and who weren’t helpful with the majority of our queries. The place is generally unorganised and the service is definitely not the best.

This is an older building that has been redone in a lovely way. The vibe and decor is modern and funky. Felt on par with W Hotels.

The 17th floor definitely has no proper views for the fire works disappointing considering the cost for a night on the special occasion

I dont understand how this is a five star hotel. Stayed for three nights. No sound proof in all rooms. The window itself is too thin I couldnt sleep. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. Requested it three times and it took for them more than three hours to get it. Housekeeping was not doing the job either. I would never recommend this place.

The stay was good overall, but a few minor gripes compared to when we have stayed there previously. 1. We had to ask for bed linen to be changed on 5th day otherwise it wouldn’t have been changed, 2. Coffee machine at breakfast was poor quality and often broke down, otherwise needed to buy a coffee.
