“Excellent”
Great place to stay, good location, friendly helpful staff. Would recommend.

Great location, short walk to Pacific Fair shopping complex, Jupiters, restaurants & beach. For us, it was perfect, just out of the hussle of Surfers paradise, but close enough. Mantra facilities were first class, ie pool, bar-b-q area's. Room was clean, modern & well equiped

“Not quite Bel Air”
Nice enough but the decor was somewhat dated; and small but appreciated touches, such as shower gel and tissues, weren't provided. The pool area is great.
“False advertising”
While we were at the hotel it was getting repainted so the pool area was completely closed this was not disclosed to us however it was cold so wouldnt have swam anyway and i understand every hotel needs to have maintenance work. The room was what i was extremely disappointed with - i was expecting to walk into a room like the photos on the website however they advised that it is only partially refurbished. I asked to move as our room was so dated, old and worn however they said they couldn't move us until the next day and then we would have to pay a $75 cleaning fee - was not impressed and would not go back! This is false advertising and our room wouldnt have even rated as a 3 star room
“A liitle bit of disappointment”
We did not totally enjoy the stay in this hotel. The cushions, and sofa were a bit smelly. The bathtub was clogged and the lift was not working properly.
“Great pool area!”
loved the spacious rooms, was great to have the bedroom separate to the living area & the bathroom was pretty big too! was lovely reading a book by the pool, also pretty good place for those with kids as they have a wading pool
