“Great Rooms Excellent View”

The hotel was better than our expectations. We were a family of four and thus stayed in a family room. The kids enjoyed the snacks and the comfort of the bed. The views were just amazing as we stayed on the 30th floor with an ocean view. Our stay was extremely comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing.The room was neat and clean and was very well done.

“Staff were extremely helpful and the room was fantastic”

I have stayed at this hotel before and it is in the best location, 2 min from everything. The staff are just fantastic and so helpful with any request. The only negative thing I can say is it needs a little bar in the lobby as the one on the 1st floor is more a restaurant. Overall would definately stay again I love it there.

“Great Family Hotel”

This is one of the best 4-star hotel in Gold Coast. The service is excellent, it is clean and most of all, a very central and convenient location. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times in the past and I highly recommend it whether for business or leisure.

“Great Place, Great Time”

The Courtyard is extremely well located with a large selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. I was surprised to have been given a room on a high floor with an ocean view, since I had booked on a special rate. The room was extremely clean and housekeeping responded promptly to a request that I had. I also had the concierge help with a local reservation and they most patient and very thorough. The only small negative was that they charge a 1.25% surcharge if you pay your bill a credit card. I would easily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Surfers Paradise area.

“Great location, heart of Surfers Paradise, definately will go back”

This hotel is great for location, I have stayed in numerous hotels in Surfers Paradise before but this time being in the heart of Surfers Paradise was great. We had a car and parked next door to the hotel at half price, $13 a day which wasnt too bad, not far too walk. We arrived early due to our flight from Japan, our room wasn't ready so we spent the day on the 5th floor in the pool, spa n gym which I needed to wake up. Our room was ready by 1pm, we asked for the highest possible floor, the lovely lady on receipton was fantastic and gave us the 35th floor, which is the highest, 36 is the penthouse. When the time came to check in our luggage was in the room. Definately will stay there again.

“Our Fantastic Gold Coast Break”

It was fantastic. Hotel staff were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We were stay with our 3 grandsons. Location was ideal and the buffet breakfast option was a great thing for us. I would recommend this hotel to my friends without reservation. The central location makes this a great place to stay in the hear of Gold Coast. Located above large supermarket was a real plus for us.

“Best Location Surfers Paradise”

This hotel has an ideal location in Surfers Paradise, you can view beaches and sights from room terace. Room was clean and service was quite well, I have really enjoyed the whole trip as all main attractions are not far from hotel. The popular food street is just next to hotel and I bought Sea world and Wet & Wild theme parks tickets from the hotel reception.

“Would definately go back to the Courtyard”

Was a convenient hotel, all staff were very helpful. The city view side is quite noisey, while the ocean view side absolutely gorgeous! Make sure you specify to any taxi it's the Courtyard, do not say Marriot, otherwise you will end up in the other end of town - at the Marriot no less...!!

“Awesome staff”

This was our first time to Surfers Paradise and the staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. The location was in the heart of the city, walking distance to all amenities, with the help of the hotel staff we caught the buses to our desired destination. We "Highly" recommend this hotel to all travellers and we will definately be back. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay stress free
