“Relaxing hotel”

Place was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Very kind, friendly staff and very helpful. Room has everything we needed and very satisfactory room size. The hotel is so close to the shopping centre and has a quiet surroundings.

Across from the Pines shopping Center. Beautiful walks along the canals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a studio that was lovely. Have stayed here before and would highly recommend to anyone.

“Great Location near Airport and Cheap”

Stayed a week at Bay of Palms on business. Rooms were very clean, was a quiet location and staff were very friendly and helpful. Well priced. A little out of the way from the action but, relatively close to airport.

“Not impressed with our room”

Not impressed with our room at all. The cupboard in the bathroom was dirty, i could not leave my toiletries in there. there was also this big pipe against the wall over the vanity with a condut leading into the vanity there the water from the air conditioner leads into. We stayed for 7 days and never once did we get our towels changed. We had friends staying there also and they got their room done midweek and their's was a lot better than ours. There was very limited cupboard space in the kitchen for food. There wasn't even a clockradio or lampshades in the bedroom

“Quiet and pleasant mid-Gold Coast location”

We were very pleased with this motel-resort style accommodation. The unit was clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities, pleasant views and undercover parking was an added bonus. Only small adverse comments would be the need for a bathroom upgrade and only weekly servicing of rooms. Excellent pool, bar, laundry and BBQ facilities. Nearby lake and pathway proved a pleasant and easy exercise/relax opportunity and there is a good shopping centre adjacent, also two nearby clubs.

“Good value place.”

Good hotel to stay with family and kids. Cooking facilities in the rooms was the best part, as we need to cook for our kids. 25 minutes from the theme parks and close to many beaches.

Rooms needed to be serviced a bit more frequently - we were there a week, and it wasn't done. Still, very plesant stay

“An affordable gem in paradise.”

Upon checking in, we were astounded to be walking alongside a lush inner garden, surrounding a generous pool, on the way to our room. We were stoked to then walk into our lovely, open and comfortable room which thankfully stocked some complimentary coffee, tea and sugar to help kick start our holiday experience. The room supplied all you could need, be it whitegoods, a clothes rack or blankets and also had a intimate dining area, couch and television which all assisted in the entertainment and comfort of the experience. Outside of the room, the hotel featured useful amenities such a laundry, barbecue, a moderate dining area and a games room as well as a pool and spa, which quickly became very popular and was a great area to meet and talk to other travelers. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and assisted greatly in familiarising us with the local area, key locations and public transport routes. We were very satisfied with our experience at the Bay of Palms, it is excellent value for money and we would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Gold Coast, looking for a relaxed, convenient and beautiful place to stay.
