Boasting 14 full-service restaurants, several fast food restaurants, and a large food court, there’s no shortage of places to eat anytime of the day or night. Hainan Kitchen Restaurant (open 24 hours) serves traditional Hainanese breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A Starbucks is also located in the lobby. Dozens of retail shops sell everything from clothes and electronics to books and souvenirs.
Arena of the Stars hosts a range of touring performance acts with nightly shows. Guests can purchase tickets to the indoor and outdoor amusement parks inside the hotel lobby, then walk over to the rollercoasters and rides. On warm days, head to the waterpark and pool. The 200,000 square foot casino offers slots and table games, as well as a café and restaurants. The hotel houses several meeting and banquet spaces, including a grand ballroom capable of seating up to 4,000 people.
Rooms
Rooms at First World are located in 1 of 2 towers and offer views of the surrounding mountains or theme park. Stay connected with wired Internet access (surcharge) and stock snacks in the minibar. Rooms come with TVs and safes. Private bathrooms include showers, and hair dryers and ironing supplies are available on request.

Hainan Kitchen Restaurant - This 24-hour eatery serves up traditional Hainanese and British cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hou Mei Noodle House - This late night restaurant serves pan-Asian noodle dishes, including curry noodles and a large selection of soups.

A wide range of musical, theater, and acrobatic performances are showcased nightly at Arena of the Stars, featuring international and local acts. Elaborate shows are staged at the Genting International Showroom, and modern films are screened at the hotel’s 2 movie theaters.

“My experience with 1st world Hotel at Genting KL”
We were 4 people ( 2 kids + myself and Wife ) we were checked in on priority @12 noon. Others they had to stay in long Q for checkin ( Thanks to expedia who got us club membership room booking). One room was sufficient to a small family a large room with 2 queen size bed sufficient to accomodate everyone for a night. I requested for a room with better view and the room given to me was at 24th Floor ( Top Floor ) facing resort with a good view of entire resort. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. A seperate section was organized for Indian Vegiterian Breakfast ( at 3rd Floor) as now many people from India Visit Genting. Dont miss the rope way ride this is superb and hardly cost 6 RM/ person.

Our Stay was very short but very good experience. Some Suggesion.. Electrical Plugs in the room are Block type hence it is difficult for mobile/laptop/camera charging if one dosent bring the converter. Hotel staff refused to provide one
“Good hotel”
It took us about 1 and half hour to reach first world hotel from KL sentral station via cab. Me and my wife were on a honeymoon and we stayed on the 25th floor. The view was simply amazing since our room was actually above the clouds. The rooms were decent. (We stayed in the superior deluxe room). Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Tha best thing about the hotel is its location as the indoor theme park is located in its 2nd floor .. but the rooms of the hotel are very small and the bathroom is not that clean ...
“Don't waste your time at this hotel”
This is the absolute worst hotel and the worst experience I've ever had in my travels. My husband and I pre-paid for the hotel and arrived to find that we had to take a ticket and wait 2 hours just to check in and get our room keys. The hotel has no seperate process for guests who have already paid, which is just ridiclious. Not to mention, we spent an hour to drive to this hotel for the views and you can't see anything! The clouds are so thick because of the elevation that you can't see any of the views that are advertised, so don't be deceived by the beautiful pictures. The cable cars don't run from this hotel, and the flying fox zipline is shut down. The information desk at the hotel was entirely unhelpful. There are no signs or directions for the insanely difficult check in process. And when we finally get in our room, we have no towels and have to call for them. The rooms are nowhere near as nice as what the pictures show, especially the bathroom. The bottom of our bathroom door was literally molded apart from water damage due to the lack of a shower door! The walls are so thin you can hear every single thing going on in the hallways so don't expect to get good rest in this hotel. And to top it off, the hotel missed our requested wake up call. So not only did the hotel mess up our plans the first day with the 2 hour check in process, but also ruined our plans for the next morning by missing our wake up call! Horrible food, crowded, and awful staff service!!
