"We have stayed here before, but this trip was disappointing. Numerous times we waited for staff to respond because they were often preoccupied with their phones. There is a resort fee, but no pool, minimal equipment workout facility and now they have removed complimentary coffee from the hotel and casino. "Considering the type of hotel, this was a very nice, clean place. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good and the eating area was clean and inviting. The only suggestion I have is to have a sign at the entrance as it was confusing on finding out how to get into the parking lot. The large speed bump going from the gas station looked like a curb. Maybe a speed bump sign would do the trick."
