“An amazing home away from home!”
Yes, the hotel is ultra modern, very chic and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely helpful providing us directions to restaurants and sights around florence. The rooms were immaculate, very clean, and the finer details such as the linen bedding and thierry mulger toiletries were lovely! Also complimentary drinks and food were provided in the afternoon! The hotel itself is just outside the chaos of the florence centre, but close enough to walk, or use the complementary bikes offered by the hotel. My husband and I are a very fussy travellers and we both highly rate this hotel.
“i would love to go back”
We had a wonderful experience, the staff all spoke english and were very accomodating, it was like staying at a club level in the ritz carlton, with snacks served all day long, their breakfast was cooked to order with fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh espresso or cappucino. I would not stay any where else in Florence, and it was a good price as well.

Nice hotel, the interior design is amazing and the hotel is located near Santa Croce and Duomo. The service is good a really good option to stay in Florence
