“Good location”

An excellent location if you are travelling by train and also want to book sight seeing,as most of them start around the corner from the station.Brakfast was not as good as other 4 star or even 3 star hotels that we stayed in Italy but still good enough.

“Elegant hotel”

An elegant hotel, well situated for the station and Conference Centre, in a quiet side-street, with a nice courtyard. Helpful staff at reception. Room with king bed-slightly small (only just space to work at the desk). Wi-Fi access only in public rooms. Impeccably clean room - elegant marble bathroom. Continental breakfast good - lunch and dinner menu interesting. Sampled lunch - high quality.

“Great hotel, Great location.”

This hotel is one street away from the train station, which was so convienent that we could walk and not have to get a taxi. It's not to far from all the major sites. Room & bathroom was nice an large. It was one of our favorite hotels. The breakfast was good too.

“My favorite hotel in Florence”

This is a very nice hotel in great location, my favorite in the city and I have been to Florence 2 other times. This is a true gem. Staff is hospitable in every way. Make sure you ask for a room away from the elevator and hallway as it is a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning. Other than that, it was a very very nice experience. I will stay here again should I return to Florence.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of everywhere. Friendly, well mannered staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence.

“Great Hotel, best we had in our trip to Italy”

This was the best hotel we stayed in on your 5 city trip of Italy. The room was relatively large with lighted pictures on the wall. King bed and marble bath. Great location for us since it was only a couple blocks from the train station and some good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was good and had a good atmosphere. The only down side was the electrical plug in the bathroom would only support an electric razor and not anything that took a lot of power like a curling iron.
