Please let me highlight that we never advertise free on site parking, an it says very clear on the booking platform: "No on-site parking Free off-site parking nearby" Our staff kindly offered you our sister hotel where parking is available at an extra cost, which you accepted. I am very disappointed to hear that you didn`t have a comfortable stay in Cumberland Hotel but if you had any issue opening the window you could have asked Our staff they are always happy to help. Once again I am sorry that we were unable to provide the guest experience that we pride ourselves on and trust that you enjoyed your visit to Edinburgh and had a pleasant journey home.
