"We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it, we dropped our bags off at 11.30, when we got back to check in our bags we’re already in our room!! The room was fantastic, we had a room overlooking the square, the mini bar in the fridge is complimentary(all soft drinks), there is a welcome bottle of Prosecco on ice when you arrive in your room!! We enjoyed breakfast every morning outside the hotel overlooking the square!! We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to using it again in...

"This hotel was very convenient to a lot. Huge mall across the street, Palace of Culture at the end of the street and much more within walking distance. Inside of hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful"

"The property is well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. Location is great only a short distance from the main train station and Krakow old town. The only slight downside is the location of the plug sockets making it slightly difficult to use straighteners with uk plug near a mirror. Other than that everything was excellent "

"This is our third stay with Emaus. We loved our stays so much that we decided to keep using them as our place to stay. When we came back from our walk, I noticed the dishwasher was on. I thought maybe I had accidentally switched it out while leaning against the counter making drinks. I switched it off, and my son said to me, "There are all dirty plates inside there," so I opened it, and to my shock, yep, there were filthy plates inside. Located across from a major rail station and a major Warsaw landmark, with tram and bus stations on the corner, the Polonia is a great base for visitors.
