"Gorgeous hotel right in the centre and near all the best parts of Krakow. The only reason it didn’t score 5 stars was the noise and the curtains in our suite. We were in room A118 which is a gorgeous suite at the front of the property. We are aware that a city break isn’t relaxing but the noise from outside was constant. Bin men at 5am on 3 of the 4 days and lots of local revellers in the early hours of the morning. Not the hotels fault but do consider if you are offered room A118. Also, the...

"Nice clean hotel. Walking distance to the Square. A Nespresso machine would have been nice. More instant coffee/creamer/sugar would be appreciated (there was 1 reg and 1 decaf). I called down to get more."
