"I was unable to go to the property since since I tried to contact the property before my stay about a week in advance and did not receive any response until about 10hours before I was supposed to fly out. The response I received was an automated one that stated the hotel was closed . I only received this response after several attempts to contact the hotel. I have since then continued to try and contact the hotel with still no response. Expedia was also not helpful saying they could only offer...

"Was sent to another location during check in because the hotel is "full". How does that even happen when the booking was well in advance. The other location is at best a 2star accommodation."

Suggested good dining / eating places and public transport to get around. Breakfast served was fantastic and the coffee was great. Rooms clean and great air con and shower/ toilet. Lots of privacy and plenty of information supplied about local places of interest. We enjoyed our 2 nights very much ."

He then walked us to the place, photocopied our passports with his phone and someone nodded to our room. That was the last we saw of anyone in charge. We had paid for breakfast but there was no sign of that or any facilities to provide it. The room itself was dirty, empty for a long time and clearly just given a quick clean 5 minutes before...
