"The hotel is convenient to the Craignure ferry. It was very nice, updated, quiet and very clean. Staff were lovely. We had reserved a room with 2 town beds. When we arrived it was a single king. The front desk person was very accommodating and had housekeeping change the bed over to 2 twins while we were having dinner. We had a small view of the water with Lismore lighthouse in the distance. "
