“Clean and close to Joliet.”
Good location and clean rooms.

We learned that Extended Stay is in the process of updating all of their properties. We didn't get one of the new rooms this time, but it was fine. We're looking forward to stopping back next time we're in the area to see the new design.

“A bargain worth searching for”
Extended Stay provides the comforts I appreciate -- a real refrigerator, a real stove, and a microwave. I save money on the room (the rates are inexpensive) and on restaurants. The only criticism I have for this site is that there were cigarette burns in the carpet of a non-smoking room. The staff were very pleasant.
“Not a fan”
The hotel was ok but there was a problem with the airconditioner and we told the front desk that the floor was wet from it, they did nothing. We also couldn't leave the air on while sleeping because it sounded like water was running. They also do not have hair dryers in the room which was disappointing since I didn't bring mine.
“get what you pay for”
I've stayed at other Extended Stays. The concept is great about the dinnet. This particular one I only needed to stay one night. The staff was friendly. The area of location is quiet.
“not impressed”
after stomping on the cockroach in the check-in area of the hotel, I was further disappointed by the lack of simple toiletries including a hair dryer. not a place I would consider in the future.
“NOT IMPRESSED”
Front desk clerk was rude Soda machine dispensed hot soda (not lukewarm, but hot) with no ice i asked for refund and they said no. My toilet did not flush.
