Congress Plaza Hotel
I loved this hotel overall but the room was so hot. I could not make it cooler. The bed was rock hard. I would love to stay here again. The staff was wonderful but those two issues will have me go elsewhere.

I have stayed at the River Hotel multiple times and never been disappointed. Its convenient location downtown, clean rooms, and helpful staff work well for the business trips I take to Chicago.

Sentral Michigan Avenue
The hotel was terrific!! Very helpful staff. The check-in process was a bit of a pain. But would be a lot easier than the second time around. I would recommend staying there anytime.

Kasa South Loop Chicago
The room was clean and very nice. I loved the excellent view of the city from the balcony and living room. This was a great place to stay.
