"Could be cleaner."

Chula Visita condo with 4 beds. Top floor loft with amazing views!

"I would not recommend this place. It was very overpriced, especially considering the lack of amenities. The condo was outdated, and the blankets smelled moldy. We had to repeatedly request new towels, and they were not delivered until two days after our initial request. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and was not worth the cost."

"Kitchen was well stocked. The place was not as clean as I expected. We did not have access to most of the amenities at the resort, as this was a private owner who did not pay the resort fees. We were not even allowed to pay to visit the water park. The jetted tub had no power to it. Overall I feel like the add was misleading at best. I would not return."

"Our first impression when we walked in, was that it’s spacious. The condo is fully equipped for a long stay with the amenities of a home. However, once we settled in we noticed the following areas of concern.- Vrbo did not provide the room number. We tried to call and message the owner and called Vrbo customer service.- Our room was not clean. Dirty floors, mirrors, dust and huge smudges on refrigerator.- Window in main area is cloudy. The seal is bad and you can barely see out.-Whirlpool control panel doesn’t work. With this being a main feature of the room, pressing the buttons multiple times is concerning. -The fan above whirlpool is extremely loud and can’t be turned off.- The extra bedroom tv doesn’t work.-The main tv remote doesn’t work properly. You can’t select shows or movies. Scroll through every channel is outdated.-Master bathroom shower should have a stool for shampoo and soap - There should be more than 1 luggage rack to match the accommodations - Kitchen sink faucet is loose and wobbly.- The refrigerator leaks water onto the first shelf and all of our things got wet. - The description doesn’t say whether there’s a balcony or not. We felt a bit trapped in the room especially with the windows bolted to only open 3 inches. - We were surprised that the building has no staff. The front desk is not occupied and there is no one on the property to contact for any reasons or concerns. - Because of these reasons, we left a day earlier dissatisfied."

"This property was top notch. I'm so happy we found this gem. Clean, convenient and excellent location. Our point of contact keep communication flowing and responded quickly. We traveled with a group of seven. Cant wait to return! You wont be disappointed!"
