"Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort).
