Traveled for business. Room had a smell when I arrived. Hotel was fairly empty but they placed everyone in the same hallway. Could easily hear my neighbors through the wall. Pool area was small. Coffee was cold at 7:30am during breakfast.

Nice gym area, friendly staff, pool pretty small and our least favorite thing was the beds/bedding. Beds extremely firm and the bedding is loud, like crinkling paper sounding. Parking could be better too

The heat didn't work the 1st day-- wasnt plugged in. The second day it never got above 68, the side room was very cold. It was uncomfortabe. The 2nd night, they offered to move us but my kid was asleep ay thr time i asked for more blankets.

The stay started off good, the desk clerk was fine with my family having our emotional support animal. I called the front desk to get more towels but never got an answer, so I had to go down. The pool was exceptionally small, and uninviting. After a decent stay the business came four days after check out to charge me for the pet. No call, no email, no nothing, just a bill. When I called back to get an understanding of why I was charged, the manager was rude, and nasty with me over the phone.
