"The best thing about this hotel is the amazing floor to ceiling windows in the rooms and you can open them to get fresh air. Be sure to get an ocean view room high up. It’s amazing. The room design is very nice and comforting. The bathrooms have tubs and toilets with heated seats and bidets. The price is really reasonable. The location is super convenient for Ala Moana mall and park and Waikiki. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay on property. The staff was very welcoming. The only issue i had was with check in. The wait time and how long it took to bring up my reservation. Also, when i called housekeeping for more dish washer soap and towels it took a long time and i had to call back a second time, which was when they sent it. Ither than that it's a great place to stay and I would definitely go back. "
