“Excellent”
Excellent stay. Loved the bar and the overall atmosphere.
“Exceeded My Expectations”
The location of this hotel is very convenient to get around the city. Although this hotel offers no shuttle, surprisingly getting a cab is not an issue! I will be back :-)
“W hotel is AWESOME!!!”
It's a great hotel that I will definitely go back!!!! it located near by sears building and the CTA station that is very convenient for tourists!!! The room is very clean, fancy and comfortable and the lounge is awesome as well!!!!
“Great Hotel for Business”
Traveling on business and hotel was in the heart of the business district. As a result it was convenient. However, if you are traveling for pleasure, I would recommend some place different. I arrived on a Sunday and everything in walking distance was closed (even the Starbucks). The hotel staff was great but the rooms (while clean) were very small. I was traveling solo so it was fine but it would have been difficult to be in the room with another person. I will definitely stay there again when traveling solo for work.
“I totally recommend this hotel”
The room we were assigned had a wonderful view. Everything was in mint condition and the service was excellent.
“Great for a night away”
I love the feel of the W. It is high energy and sleek with its design. Additionally, the staff is extremely nice and wants to make you stay as enjoyable as it can be. They also offered a complimentary drop off service with Acura which made it quick and easy to get to anywhere in the city. I would definitely stay here again, or at any other W.
“Modern and Buzzing”
Great Staff. Awesome Bed. Clean Rooms. Location good if you want to shop south State, but you will want to cab or Red Line it to go out or do Michigan. Checked in late Friday and the lobby felt like that of a nightclub's lounge... in a good way.
“5/27/05-5/30/05”
Room was in great condition. Service was excellent. The bed was the best part of the room. That was by far the best bed I have slept on in any hotel I have every been in. Everything is in walking distance. Soldier feild and the Planetarium is a little bit farther away but walking wont hurt you. We walked all around the city so no need for subway or bus pass. Only thing if you go the the Museum of science for the body world you need to take a bus its about a 20 minute ride.
“An Excellent Hotel Experience”
The W had everything a traveler could want! Wonderful Experience!
“See You Soon”
The Hotel was very clean and relaxing. The staff is very friendly.
