“Would stay again”

I read some bad reviews of this hotel before my trip, but I did not have any bad experience. The staff were very nice and spoke very good English. All our requests were met with a great attitude. The airport shuttle drivers are great guys- one of them even offered to give us a ride to a restaurant a few miles away so we wouldn't have to pay for a cab. It takes about 45min-1 hour on the El to get downtown, but for the low rates, it is really worth it.

The sign at the door of the hotel says it all. "Rated best Super 8 in the country!" As a traveler on a budget, I refuse to pay for 3 or 4 star hotels because my needs only warrant 2 star accommodations and 2 star prices. Unfortunately, in my experiences, 2 star hotels rarely impress. That's why this hotel was such a pleasant surprise... everything was better than typical. It was the way it should be (clean, comfortable, and well-kept) and at a price that was very reasonable. Plus, the airport shuttle was fantastic, and the front desk associates were extremely polite and courteous. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience! Overall, I would definitely offer my recommendations for anyone who does not need their hotel choice to be located in downtown Chicago (as this one seems to be in a fairly remote area... thus explaining the incredible value).

“Great place to stay!”

Great hotel with close access to the blue line. Close to Chicago, but far enough to eliminate the hassles of downtown. Free parking is always a plus, especially if you've stayed at a downtown hotel. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chicago. May even check out the Cubs game package deals.

It's a good hotel. The only thing is a little far from the blue line. It's about 15 minutes driving.

Hotel offers good value for money, it is located some distance north of the airport. Shuttle runs from gate 2 every 30 mins You have to book the shuttle in the evening in the reception to make sure you travel at a specified time the following morning. Burger king nearby. Friendly and skilled receptionist! Ok wireless internetspeed.

Super close to Chicago O'Hare airport and the free 24 hour shuttle was very convenient! We called a few times between 1-2am and the shuttle was there to pick us up in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and there were no issues with the room.

Hot tub barely seats 4 (too small) Water in hot tub could have been a hotter. Pool was nice. Rooms were great.

“Nice and clean, great price! Highly recommended!!”

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and polite! The pool was a little on the small size, but our three grandsons didn't mind. Especially impressed with the free shuttle to and from the airport. We did not hear the planes (arriving to and from the airport)as we were in a room in the front area of the motel. Nice breakfast! Only complaint is with the pillows. As in most motels, they are small and flat. If possible, bring your own.
