Property Amenities
Set in Elk Grove's Northwest Point business park, the Sheraton Suites is 20 miles from downtown Chicago. A Metro station with service into the city is three miles from the hotel. One block from the Sheraton, a forest preserve features hiking and running paths and a lake for fishing and canoeing.
Recreation at the hotel includes an indoor pool and spa tub, seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck, and a fitness room. Massage services (surcharges) can be arranged in a private treatment room or in guestrooms. The 24-hour self-serve business center provides computers with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available in the lobby, which has a cocktail bar and big-screen TV. Junipers Restaurant serves traditional American favorites and a breakfast buffet.
Rooms
Two-room suites have curtained French doors separating the sleeping and living areas. All suites feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed: custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with three sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvet in rich colors, and five goose down/feather pillows. Sofa beds are also provided.
Wireless high-speed Internet access is available for a surcharge. TVs come with complimentary Showtime, pay movies, and video games (surcharge), and an additional TV is in the sleeping area. Bathrooms with makeup/shaving mirrors can be accessed from bedrooms or living rooms.
Guestrooms at this Chicago-area Sheraton Suites provide stocked minibars and compact refrigerators. A complimentary newspaper is delivered daily.
Guests bringing dogs can pamper their pet with complimentary use of the Sheraton red, white, and blue dog bed during stay. Owners are provided with food and water bowls, and temporary I.D. tags with hotel contact information.

“Dogs are Welcome”
Not only does this hotel have all the perks of a fancy hotel with close driving to Woodfield Mall and shopping area, and O'Hare airport - but they welcome your dog! We took our black lab and had a great visit.

Very nice rooms. Easy access to freeway. Very short drive to O'hare airport and to great shopping at Woodfield mall.
“GREAT PLACE AND PET FRIENDLY”
We really like this hotel and have stayed there before. It is really nice since they have remodeled. They are also very pet friendly and we really appreciate that.

Though the hotel is by itself in a commerical business area, it's a stone's throw from the I-90. Meijer's department store is about 3 minutes north, and Woodfield Mall is about 5 minutes west. There you can find all the eats and shopping to satisfy you. Though it's out of the main city and in the suburbs, it's a nice alternative to expensive lodging downtown.

“A quiet oasis.”
The staff at this hotel went over & above the call of duty at least 3 times in the 2 days that we were registered. The restaurant staff was accomodating and stayed after that were supposed to close for our "very tardy" family. The reception staff helped me get unexpected service for my car and were great with any other help we needed.

Great Hotels, suite is so big and confortable, great place and service, free parking and coffee...but you must pay for wi-fi connections!! unbelieveble.

This was a very excellent value. The staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The room was great -- extremely comfortable and well appointed.
“convenient to everything”
got in late, had no problem checking in. Very nice room. Close to airport and freeway entrance. Great room, very quiet and comfortable. Hotel restaurant has great food and service. For those that have not been to Chicago before, park your car and take the ell train downtown. Much less hassle.

Loved the suites. Beds were awesome & having two t.v's were great.
