"Loved this hotel. Our room ( junior suite) looked out on the town square. Lovely! The staff was also wonderful, friendly, welcoming and so helpful with any questions we had. I'd stay here again. Also enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel. "

My suggestion would be to have more tables for guests at breakfast time, also, perhaps extend the length of time for breakfast as everyone seemed to be there at 8.30am. "It was my mom's 75th birthday and so I decided to take her to a nice spa. And since we didn't live in the area, it was convenient to stay in the hotel and then just walk down to the spa wrapped in the bathrobe. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well up kept. The lobby is nice and airy. But as soon as we got to the desk, they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened, because it was still active on my phone. Whether the hotel messed up or not, it took some...
